The equipments of the CF range are Retarder Proofer Chambers allowing you to obtain a regular growth for your trolleys productions while controlling your energy consumption and fermentation parameters.

- CF 48 (400×800 supports ) : from 1 to 4 racks on standard.
- CF 68 (600×800 supports ) : from 1 to 9 racks on standard.
- CF 88 (800×800, 750×950, 800×880 supports ) : from 1 to 10 racks on standard.
- CF 1000 (800×1000, 700×1000 supports ) : from 1 to 6 racks on standard.
- CF 1200 (800×1200, 700×1200 supports ) : from 1 to 6 racks on standard.

- This C-touch control saves 23% energy compared to an electromechanical control system.
- The C-TOUCH control allows you to manage the fermentation automatically up to 72 hours or manually (steaming, slow pushing).
- Ecological, reliable and durable solution of CO2 refrigeration (natural gas R744).
