Our teams set themselves the crazy challenge of making, in a single piece of equipment, a deep freezer and a melter. A successful challenge!
After months of research and development, CRIOLLA cabinet was born ! A cabinet with a modern look, tested and approved by Frédéric Hawecker, which can freeze from -18°, defrost in stages in the strictest respect of the chocolate, up to +4°; preserve them by rising from +4° to +14° while managing the hygrometry. This cabinet can also be used as a melting pot since it can be heated to 55°! Thus, the chocolate maker can put his chocolate machines inside, keep his buckets of melted chocolate etc.
