  • DS: cold water inlet with standard connection.

Water inlets:

  • DM: cold and hot water inlet with standard connection and manual mixer tap for adjusting the flow temperature.
  • Blue Drop: two water inlets.
  • Blue Creek: 3 water inlets (hot, cold mains, cold chiller).

Blue Drop & Blue Creek:

  • Automatic calculation of water temperature (base temperature + ambient temperature).
  • 5-inch (Blue Drop) and 7-inch (Blue Creek) touchscreen for controlling settings (volume – temperature).
  • Integrated ambient temperature sensor.
  • Automatic adjustment of volume and flow temperature.
  • Water outside tolerance is drained; only compliant water is counted.
  • Pulse dosing for automatic basking.
  • Recipe mode (Blue Creek only).
  • Optional probe for direct measurement of flour temperature (Blue Creek only).
  • Connection for remote control (Blue Creek only).
