Blue C is a range of preservatives designed for the negative or positive conservation of bakery and pastry products.
Modular, the range is declined in five models, from 2 to 10 doors, able to receive 600x400 sized trays.

Design and finishes

  • 304 stainless steel interior finish / PVC exterior (brushed 430 stainless steel exterior as an option)

  • Each storage compartment is equipped with adjustable slides in order to insert products of different sizes. Adjustment of the slides every 15mm
  • Removable racks and slides, made of 304 stainless steel
  • Right or left hand doors, but also "butterfly" doors available, facilitating the transfer of the plates (4 doors model only).

  • Insulated panels in 42kg/m3 polyurethane foam, high pressure, 110 mm thick, with baffle joints for a perfect seal

Suitable for all productions

  • A Bi-Temperature Preserver: Versatile, the BLUE C gives you the choice between the conservation at negative temperature at -18°C of previously frozen products and the conservation at positive temperature between 0°C and +4°C of your fresh products.
  • 2 to 10 doors: With a capacity of 14 to 94 trays, the different configurations of the Blue C allow to adapt to different layouts and production flows. Additional storage compartments can be added later to increase the capacity of your equipment according to your needs.

The Blue Chef range is composed of two preservation equipments: 

This preserver, which allows products to be preserved from -18° to +4° and the Blue Chef* Preservative Freezer capable of freezing down to -38° without altering the products. 

These equipments are available from 2 to 10 doors, adapting to all environments and all needs.
