Quick cooling and deep freezing cells - DEEP BLUE

The DEEP BLUE are quick positive temperature cooling and deep freezing cells. With 5, 10 or 15 levels, the DEEP BLUE are designed to receive 600x400mm or Gastronorm 1/1 size plates or grids.

These stainless steel cells allow a fast cooling and freezing of products before conservation. 

The ventilation allows to cool different types of food, bringing their temperature to +3° at the core for fast cooling and up to -18° for deep freezing.

4 cycles with return to cold at the end of the cycle:
- rapid chilling cycle ;
- deep freezing cycle ;
- «deep cold» cycle for common products;
- «soft» cycle for fragile products.

Great performance in an optimal space: DEEP BLUE cells provide fast and optimal cooling thanks to a ventilation system that circulates the cold air flow evenly throughout the cell, precise temperature control and easy cycle management via an intuitive and easy-to-use control.

The start of the cooling and freezing cycles is done by a timer (elapsed cycle time) or by a prick probe. Capable of freezing between 11 and 38kg of products per cycle, depending on the model, DEEP BLUE will meet your implementation and production needs. They give you the possibility to make the most of your cell's capacity thanks to the slides that allow you to introduce the plates at different levels depending on the size of your products.

Cleanability: Cleaning the interior of the chamber is comfortable and simple thanks to its rounded corners and removable fittings. The stainless steel wire slide rails can be easily removed without tools and are dishwasher safe. The cleaning water is evacuated through a central drain.

Intuitive & versatile control: Easy to use and powerful, the control panel gives you immediate visibility of your cycles and allows simple interaction with all DEEP BLUE functions.

The DEEP BLUE range of deep freezers and blast chillers offers 5 functions: 

1. Pre-cooling: Allows you to optimize the cell temperature before starting a cooling or freezing cycle, to obtain the best results with less consumption.

2. Continuous Cycle: Do you often open and close the cell to load additional trays? With the continuous cycle, you work at the desired power and temperature without ever giving up performance.

3. Fast cooling: Depending on the type of product to be cooled, either a HIGH COLD cycle (common products) or a SOFT cycle (fragile products). At the end of the cooling cycle, the cell automatically switches to CONSERVATION.

4. Fast Deep-Freezing: At the end of the deep-freezing cycle, the cell automatically switches to CONSERVATION.

5. Defrosting: The humidity in the air causes frost to form on the evaporator: the defrosting function eliminates this frost to ensure the best performance and efficiency of the machine. Defrosting can be automatic (every 6 hours) or manual.
