CRIOLLA named Innovation of the Year 2023

After months of research and development, the CFI teams are very proud to announce that the CRIOLLA chocolate cabinet has won two "Sirha Innovation Awards 2023".

Named Innovation of the Year 2023 at the Sirha competition in two categories, the CRIOLLA cabinet was judged as "incredible".


What is the chocolate cabinet? 

  • A unique cabinet on the market thanks to its different modes and its ultra precise hygrometry management
  • 4 modes in one equipment :
    • "Natural defrosting" mode, going gently from -10° to +4° in 24h
    • "Display mode", which allows to go from +4° to +14° in 1 to 2 hours
    • "Conservation" mode: maintains a temperature of 14°, in ideal hygrometric conditions for chocolates, whatever their container
    • "Melting" mode which allows to keep melted chocolate or tools between 40° and 55°. 


Developed in close collaboration with our ambassador and Meilleur Ouvrier de France Chocolatier Confiseur, Frédéric Hawecker, the CRIOLLA cabinet manages the hygrometry in a very precise way, in order not to soak the chocolates and/or their container or to dry them out.
