Your semi-finished or finished pastry products are stored under ideal conditions thanks to the indirect-ventilated refrigeration system in BLUE CARE units. They also perfectly preserve toppings and icings. This flow of cold air, which circulates from front to back, ensures that your products maintain their quality while offering optimal performance and great flexibility of use.
