Retarder proofers

• Products from the CF range are controlled fermentation chambers, designed to take racks
• The CF range consists of 7 models.
• Each model in the range can be broken down into a single base unit, which can contain between 1 and 10 racks depending on the model. On each base unit, one or more additional units of the same size can be added to increase the total capacity of the system.
• Each model is equipped as standard with a humidity generator regulated by a very accurate electronic sensor.

Construction

• The CF controlled fermentation chambers can be fully dismantled as they are made up of insulating panels joined together by centring eccentric hooks.
• Unique panel design for perfect heat retention
• The 60mm-thick panels are injected to a density of 45kg/m3 by a high pressure injection machine (135 bar)
• The combination of the thickness and density of the rigid polyurethane foam insulating material has been specially designed according to operational requirements, thereby minimizing heat loss and energy consumption
• Hi-Tech 100% stainless steel casing
• Interior panel and door protection over total surface area : providing panel impact protection and excellent air circulation
• All interior angles rounded for ease of cleaning
• Panel soleplates on the base
• Doors reversible as required
